I don’t know what comes first or second and I’m not really worried about it. I just know that I have to improve me (ie pray more, confession , fasting and almsgiving) and hopefully with God’s Grace and Jesus’s Mercy my journey will end in heaven. What I do find always interesting to ponder when I do think of the end times is how does the Glory Be fit into these prophesies? Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be WORLD WITHOUT END. How can there be an end of the world if we are praying there never shall be one. Maybe the end of the world is really just the end of the world as we know it. It will be interesting to see how things play out. I just really wish I was watching it from the other side and in better seats
Yes, end of the world as we know it. There will be a new Heaven and a new Earth according to Scripture.
Wasn't sure where to post this video, so apologies if this is the wrong thread. It's a US Grace Force video and the guest is Fr. Blount who had three visions of Our Lady wrapping the globe with a black cover. Fr. Blount didn't know what it meant and thought at first that it might signify the three days of darkness. Seems now that he has had some further locutions/private revelation about the visions. He had the first two visions when entering/leaving a church and he had the third vision when approaching a house. His revelation now is that the blackouts represent inability to see/receive the Eucharist. The first was the covid lockdown when churches were closed. He believes that there will be another similar lockdown, possibly another pandemic. During the first, and possibly the second lockdowns, people could worship in their homes but he expects that option to be unavailable during the third blackout. I recall the beginning of the first lockdown. I went to evening Mass in our parish church to find the doors locked. Confession and keeping in a state of grace are so important because we never know when the sacraments will be unavailable to us. The First Friday and Saturday are this weekend. Here's the video:
His position is based on encyclopedic research into historical Catholic prophecy, not any personal mystical experience or locutions/ message. He had a show on EWTN on Catholic eschatology in addition to his book, “Trial, Tribulation and Triumph” and teaches at a major seminary. He’s probably one of the best resources on this subject in the modern Catholic world.
Desmond Birch has spent a lifetime of research on Catholic prophecy and is rightly an expert on Catholic eschatology. Fr Ripperger also says the anti-Christ comes after the era of peace. That is good enough for me. I am not out to change anyone's mind only to point out there are different schools of thought involved in this area and I am firmly in the Birch and Ripperger camp.
malachi martin who supposedly read the third secret believed the antichrist was on earth (this was in the 90's), considering everything he has exposed over the years about the jesuits and the masonic/communist infiltration of the Church, it seems to me he had good reason to assume this thesis, even though the mere existence of a Masonic and totalitarian global governance plan may have fostered this thought.
I’m not criticizing Desmond Birch, I respect his knowledge on Catholicism. But God has provided us with apparitions, Saints, and even modern prophets to rethink the end times. It’s not heresy to believe in the Warning, and it’s promise, that the entire world will know Jesus Christ is our true Lord. If the entire world knows of Jesus, Desmond says, the Antichrist will appear. This means his assessment that only an Antichrist will appear at the end of the world may be wrong. I think Mark Mallet’s analysis is brilliant. God doesn’t only choose scholars to define eschatology. He usually uses humble priests and nuns, small peasant children, and just regular folks like Mark Mallett. After all Jesus was a carpenter. https://www.markmallett.com/blog/rethinking-the-end-times/
Garabandal - I can’t find where Fr Ripperger said the Antichrist will only come at the end of the world. May you please send that info.?
Thank you for posting this Whatever. This was such an informative, and powerful video. It is much, much more than Fr. Blount's account of his visions that most of us have heard, everyone should watch this.
I have a vague memory of reading some years ago a comment on a Catholic website that made a lot of sense to me. The comment was to the effect that, since nobody knows the day nor the hour, there could be a potential AC (the one referred to in the Bible as the Man of Sin) in the world at any time. Satan is always working on likely candidates but he doesn't know when the chains will be loosened allowing him to do his worst. Only God knows. I also recall Fr. Malachi Martin saying that God will withhold grace from the world. I have no doubt that God's actual grace will always be available to those who seek it through prayer but the Sacraments are the normal channels of sanctifying grace. That's what came to my mind when Fr. Blount spoke about the third blackout in his vision.
You're welcome. I thought it was powerful, and made more sense to me than previous interpretations when people were speculating on stuff like passenger planes being suspended in mid air. The light of Christ is far more vital to the world than the light of the sun.
What do y'all think of the idea that the antichrist may already be alive now because the era of peace will actually be very short?
It is actually in one of the videos that Padraig posted recently think it is this one. He says the period of peace (the triumph) might be quite short and after this will come the anti Christ.
There have been many anti Christ's. There are in the world today many, many anti-Christs. There is also the spirit of the anti-Christ in the world today.
This is a pretty good video too. I also love Fr Alar. We’ve had these demons since the 1960’s. But things seem different now Bobby.
