Now his eyeballs are twitching from side to side and the vet thinks he may be having a series of strokes!....

Ok keep praying please! He just jumped up wagging his tail when I got out the leash to walk the other dog. I took him for his walk down the road and he pulled me as usual, peed, poohed, and went up and down the deck steps on his own. I think he is getting better!! Tomorrow xrays and blood tests to see if he has an inner ear infection or maybe Vestibular Disease which is treatable.

After Mass yesterday, Sunday, I prayed at St Rocks statue. I rubbed St Rocks little dog and asked St Rock and asked him to heal Raleigh.
It's really good news that he is getting better.

 

Sometimes it is best to let them go, to avoid suffering. Perhaps now is such a time.

 

Yes we discussed that yesterday and I was resigned to it, but then he got up and wanted to go for a walk which we did as usual down the road so I am definitely going to get him in for x rays and bloodwork before I do it. This morning he got up, walked over and drank lots of water, ate a good breakfast and wanted more treats! and went outside down the deck steps and into the yard to pee really well! He still is seeming to have some vertigo and holding his head funny so hopefully we can figure this out. He has the symptoms of either an inner ear infection or vestibular syndrome almost exactly. I think the prayers are helping though! After the vet said to bring him in in the morning to put down, I begged God to help my heart or give me a sign that this is the wrong idea, and that is when he got up, wagged his tail, and wanted his leash and collar on for a walk!

Our pet bunny died last night. Poor little mite was brought to vet on Wednesday and she thought it was his teeth and gave pain killers and told to come back this week. I knew it wasn't and wished I had of pushed but bunnies are so quick to die when they get ill. Thr poor little mite effectively crawled over to the door last night at 9pm. I opened it and he went into the garden to lie in his favourite spot. It was lashing so I carried him back to his wee bed and prayed an blessed him and went to bed after 10. Couldn't sleep. Went down around 1am and the poor mite had breathed his last. Kids told this morning and we buried him in garden with holy after and a prayer. In the middle of the night after I found him dead, covered him in his blanket, I went back up to bed and had one of those horrible sleep paralysis experiences with malevolent presence. Hardly slept a wink all night. Pets can break your heart.

 

Yes they can. I am very sad to hear this malachi. My granddaughter and family lost their pet bunny before Christmas after trying very hard to get the right treatment. My son even cried. It is like losing a child. The same well springs of sorrow.
Not surprised the evil one moved in to harass you. That's what bullies do. Hit you when your down. But your little mite is safe. God bless you and your family.
