They won’t stop because they don’t want to relinquish control. This may have already been posted, but I recently came across this across this quote by Ben Franklin that is very apropos with respect to the lockdowns... “People willing to trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither and will lose both.”
Well I’m very glad you had glorious weather there Padraig! We are in a heat wave here….and my AC died! Thankfully my son is arranging for a new AC unit. I guess we are so spoiled here. Ready to just melt away without our comforts!
