I think it is too early to say it kills mainly Asian males. E.G. It hasnt reached New Zealand yet. ( not in a public knowledge sense, though it will be here silently incubating, I do not doubt) When it does, it will then become more apparent as to how it affects other populations. Also it apparently affects smokers more adversely than non smokers and it has been hypothesised that more asian men smoke than asian women. It also more adversely affects people with high blood pressure than those with normal or low BP. Also I learned this morning that it may NOT be a good idea to give Paracetamol/ Tylenol ( acetominophen) to reduce fever, ( muscle aches as well) as fever is a GOOD thing in the sufferer and should be respected as a mechanism the body has to fight the infection.

The fever "cooks" the virus--a first line of attack from the body but obviously you have to monitor. A super high fever is very dangerous.
