Two parties are enough to determine who is pro life, pro constitution, pro capitalism, anti- gay life style etc.. and which party is pro abortion, pro socialists, pro gay's, and anti-constitution.
There are many political parties, but since the end of the Civil War (1865), functionally only a two-party system exists. The much smaller political parties can only indicate divergence in political thought. The USA cannot move in the direction of the parliamentary model championed by Great Britain and sown throughout the globe during their Empire years. The unique development under Donald Trump is that he is independently wealthy and not beholden to those providing campaign donations. There are some members of the Royal Family still descendent in France. Is it the House of Bourbon? I believe they are Catholic. Also, descendants of the Austro-Hungarian Empire? Still Catholic.
Re Habsburg family of Austrian empire,i met a Habsburg lady in Medjugorje many years ago. She came from that same royal family as she was telling me her history. She got married after that. Think she still alive as she goes to Medj a lot as i believe. Visited the royal palace in Vienna as i was shocked & disgusted cos so sheer opulence there with some 20 bedrooms and also vast spaces in each room especially in 19th C. It really opened my eyes after that re royal family residence especially Habsburgs & that was many years later after i met her.. Understood how French revolution came about etc..Anyway, believe there would be someone from French royal descent will come out from somewhere in near future. I don't think its Habsburgs.

Okay, I'm a little late chiming in on this discussion thread... Personally, I wouldn't be too hasty in assuming that Fr. Mark Goring is referring to the same universal event foretold by Our Lady of Garabandal - simply because he has employed familiar phraseology (i.e., "illumination of conscience") in this YouTube video clip. If you listen more carefully, you'll notice that he repeatedly states that there will be a special grace of illumination of conscience in 2020 "for some people" and "especially for our young people" who will "snap out of it" and say "that's not what God's Word says". We have all had various types of illumination of conscience in our own lives. Our own personal conversions are a great example. The interior impulse which compels us to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation is another such example. In fact, Fr. Goring references an example from 2 Kings 22 involving King Josiah. This is the realm of personal conscience, compunction, as well as prevenient & actual grace. Like Fr. Goring, I also tend to suppose that the prevalent "idiocy" (e.g., multiplicity of gender identities, etc.) is inherently unstable within the human psyche and soul. This scenario is akin to the fall of communism, after-which St. John Paul II stated, ''The tree was already rotten. I just gave it a good shake and the rotten apples fell." Although I myself genuinely believe the Warning foretold by Our Lady of Garabandal to be in the offing, this video clip certainly doesn't add any support to this inkling. Sorry to be a party pooper... but there's no clear indication that anything unprecedented and global is being suggested or implied here.

They start gradually, making small changes at first; notice the removal of the remains of Francisco Franco from the Catedral del Valle de los Caidos. Have you heard if communism has returned to Portugal as well?

All very good points. But with all due respect the good priest should have been more careful. The title of his video, which I suppose was chosen by him, is "2020 illumination of conscience year". Now in the mind of anyone who's been paying minimal attention to prophecy this is an unmistakable reference to the "warning" or "purification " mentioned in Garabandal and by Father Gobbi, St Faustina, Maria Esperanza and numerous other Mystics and saints in the last 200 years or so. There is no other "illumination of conscience". You don't have a mini illumination that precedes the major illumination mentioned in all these revelations. You don't have an "illumination " that affects particularly young people before the major one. Is it possible that Fr Mark ignores this? Maybe Fr Mark will clarify his statements in future videos.
Be careful of those who would change your mainly two-party, electoral college system. The multi-party system isn't all it's cracked up to be. Be very wary of those who claim that a European style health and welfare system is the solution to abortion. The single payer public health service is common across Europe as is abortion and a birth rate below replacement level. Euthanasia is also legal in some countries and being promoted as desirable in countries where it is illegal. Catholics who tout supposedly caring social welfare policies as an excuse to support pro-abortion or other pro-death politicians are either delusional or dishonest.
I agree. In my opinion, we have not seen all 3 pre-warning events, to qualify the early months of this year for the Warning. Since we know the Miracle is in April, that means the Warning would have to happen very soon ( February or March ) and I serious doubt it will,almost impossible.
So the question seems to be: Is Fr Mark referring to THE warning, referred to in Garabandal etc, which is supposed to affect everyone on earth at the same time or is he alluding to A personal purification which may come at different times to different individuals? I checked out the comments section below the video and it seems viewers have interpreted his comments in different ways. One person even asks: "are you referring to what is also called "the warning" when you say 2020 will be the year of the illumination of conscience?

I think the evil in the world is worse that even we think it is. Imagine one of our grandparents or great grandparents being alive now and even just turning on a normal TV show. They would be mortified at the way people dress never mind the constant references to sex, divorce, occult etc. Even Christians are in some ways desensitised to the age we live in, I think we might need to be or else we could get depressed. We see all this evil but we can't let it get us down too much. Things are really bad right now. I think communism is worse than we think. In Ireland any Nationalist candidates get no media attention, small free speech rallies are dominated by violent antifa thugs. Our government is chosen before the election, there is constant far left propaganda on the TV. Non stop climate change lies... I could go on and on.
