These bishops (which bishop) have a responsibility to protect the souls by providing an exorcist in the event that some or any soul may need help. Most of us weren't aware of the dangers of the new age cos priests or bishop never told us about it until its too late.

...I'm listening to Sinn Fein on Radio Foyle here. They're pushing for gay marriage and abortion again now in Northern Ireland - in the immediate aftermath of the local elections.
Northern Ireland and Malta are the only 2 jurisdictions left in Europe, I think, that are holding out.
Funnily enough its the protestant/unionist parties that are holding out NOT the Catholic parties. In fact its Sinn Fein (the largest Catholic party in the North) who are pushing the unholy agenda... please pray for Northern Ireland, that it can hold out

Oh, I’d love to see it! I’ve lost my desire to see the others because of their vote, but Donegal is the exception..
    At least for now.

There is definitely a distinct feeling of darkness over Ireland at the moment.

There seems to be great hope too at the moment aswell here in Ireland for renewal in the faith and change. Well personally I feel that way anyway. Please God the Irish will become easily swayed towards good.

The Irish roots go deep down in the soul of God's truth and they have centuries of devotion to Our Lady. They have bled and died for the Faith. As triumphant as satan seems and as corrupted as the faith in Ireland seems I just dont believe it can succeed in the long run. I cant believe the Blessed Mother will abandon the faithful remnant. They will see the restoration. Too many Irish saints (most unknown) are interceding. When I returned to the faith after a really bad apostasy it was the Blessed Mother and my own mother's prayers and--it seemed I was told interiorly--that it was also my Irish ancestors, many who had died for the faith who prayed me back. Ireland like the Holy Catholic Church will rise again.

I think so to. In the past when ever Ireland was mentioned elsewhere, the first thought people would have were those of a Catholic Ireland, well before anyone would think of booze, leprechauns and most other shenanigans.

So unless we are wiped off the map I also believe there will be a restoration but things are going to get even worse before that.

Every rosary and every rosary group needs to specifically ask Our Lady to restore the faith to the world.
If this was the stated intention of every rosary, we could with our prayers, bring back the faith to the world.

Why else is it called it the “Weapon”! We own it! We need to use it for the faith of our world.

I wish I had your optimism, Indy. I do not see a return to the faith. I see only a people that are disinterested and distracted at best. At worst, I see people that disdain and even hate our blessed Lord.

I see people who were deceived in the recent referendum. They swallowed the lies. I notice many more going to daily Mass so I think there will be a resurrection but don't follow the media. They are completely taken over by evil

Perhaps now but when the chastisements begin in earnest there might be a swift 180 for many. At least I pray that is so. Pain is God's megaphone CS Lewis used to say.

I have been thinking about that a lot the past year. I have been hoping that St Patrick prophecy of the sea submerging Ireland was just a metaphor for the wave of sin that has flooded Ireland. Wishful thinking maybe, because I don't like the idea of drowning but if God decides on a tsunami then so be it.

It seems most priests are not aware either. It seems to be everywhere. There is a church in tallaght which openly promotes new age teachings on their notice board which I had not spotted until I seen them advertise it on the back of the mass leaflet and I was really angry as soon as I seen it. I approached the priest and asked him about it and said how wrong it was. His reply was,"I have heard some people like you before, some people see the devil everywhere" to which I replied, yes and some people don't see him anywhere. I spoke to other priests there and none of them cared. I then spoke to the priest who is the director of the parish center and who chooses the courses allowed and he got angry with me, told me the bishop has no problem with it and to take it up with him.

There is also a parish in knocklyon advertising reiki on their parish website. Most recently just last week I seen someone had placed posters for shamanism in a church in Dublin. I'm hopeful the priests in that church will have a better response than Tallaght.

It truly is a tsunami of evil.

I think the chastisements will bring many back, but evil will grow worse and worse here mainly to let people wake up. Unfortunately most people pretty much need to see satan before they believe he exists.

This sounds so much like what we went through here in the 80's and into the 90's. Somehow by God's grace it got (mostly) turned around but here it was some nuns promoting it. Also some centering prayer advocates not realizing it was a portal for any wandering spirit. A Franciscan was promoting it at our local Adoration chapel --arghh- but interestingly enough a lady who was a faithful adorerer and very simple and devout went to the workshop there on centering prayer. She told me very apologetically "I couldnt stay. I dont know what came over md. I just had to leave." I told her not to apologize. Her Guardian Angel had got her out of there. I think the Frsnciscan did it in good faith not realizing what he was doing. Great ignorance out there on the new age in clergy and parishioners. Lots of Catholics here do yoga. I used to warn but I dont so much now. Sigh.

I don't blame you for not warning so much anymore, it can be very disheartening. Although, when I got involved in that stuff, nobody warned me and I really think if someone warned me I would have listened. I thought people would be glad to hear the warnings, but they don't care so I guess in some ways they don't care about God.

Things seem to be getting worse with sermons from the pulpit too. I heard from someone that a priest in Lucan told the faithful during his sermon that the Koran is a beautiful book. There have been other occasions where priests have given credence to the muslim religion. Its all beyond crazy at this point.
