Bomb Afganistan, bomb Iraq, bomb Somalia, Bomb Lybia, bomb Yemen, bomb Syria displacing millions of people THEN complain about so many emigrants and refugees "invading" the West and EU. It's laughable. The USA should open its doors fully since they are dominantly responsible.

Or the USA could have just left the evil dictators who were doing a fine job of killing innocent citizens of their own land in the middle east and there wouldn't have been any migrants to worry about. I guess it could have left Stalin and Hitler to do the same thing, but it didn't. And the rest of the free world in Europe would still be under the slavery of Russia's and Germany's evil dictators of the mid 20th century if it hadn't intervened then as well. Its a damned if you do and damned if you don't for the US.

Well, you're right about Hitler, but I would not compare the other cases. In the recent past, there are not many examples of how military intervention has brought better living conditions to people in the affected countries. Rather the opposite.

The choice where to intervene does not seem to follow a humanitarian criterion. Many groups and governments are supported as long as they are useful, whether they are unjust autocrats or not.
If they are no longer needed, that can change quickly. The most recent example is the Kurds.
The Taliban in Afghanistan was supported in the eighties, now fought.
Saddam Hussein was supported against Iran then fought ( by the way while at the same time the Iran also was armed - "Iran–Contra affair").
Nor is it arguable that the people of Syria were doing 100 times better, before the West in 2011 decided to arm the rebels and infiltrate islamists.
And that the many emigrants and refugees do not have to flee to Europe by accident is also clear. The military interventions of the Western coalition are the main cause of the refugees.
Also the UN complained (more than once) months before the getaway began that the international community does not make its promised payments to at least provide food. (Funding shortage leaves Syrian refugees in danger of missing vital support)

The next regime change is possibly already under construction. Armenia is a very Christian country where people now live relatively well. There is no reason to free them from whatever. But they are protected by Russia. In this times this is relevant to an external intervention, not a humanitarian need. The humanitarian emergency only arises when the West starts to interfere. Maybe another time.

You raise a good point: is everything just a show? It is so hard to know these days. I would love to go back to relative isolationism and nationalism, but it looks as though we are being goaded into just the opposite. I seldom post on international politics since I am not well read on the subject, and I feel dumb as a rock posting about it now. But it is my unsolicited 2 cents. :ROFLMAO:

The Russians are right tho Crew.

They are not telling lies in this matter.
    They are merely stating facts.

The Brits cannot oppose Russia, nor can they stand in their way. Why would you, an experienced fella, think otherwise. The Brits are a chihuahua pup barking at a ferocious killer Lion.

Since the onset of NWO Apparatchiks in our government we have seen cynical wars and rumors of war hidden under noble ideals. It makes me so sad. I love my country. My father fought in WWII and my son lost his life as a Marine pilot in these ongoing foreign commitments as well as many of his friends. All of them the finest the best and the brightest. Patriotic to the core. but I am DONE trusting the rationales behind bombings and Sabre rattling. At least the reasons given to the masses justifying it. I don’t buy it. I am hoping US can return to non intervention soon as Trump promised but I remain with a healthy cynicism. We must defend ourselves as any country must. Beyond that we should be extremely careful where we put our oar in.

Here in northern Ireland, when the troubles were in full flow, the politicians would rattle sabres.
They would tell us catholic blood woyld spill, and / protestant blood would spill in the defence of their respective viewpoints.

The thing they never, ever told us was that it wouldn't be their blood (nor their families blood) that would spill, no - oh no no... it would be my brothers blood, my cousins blood and the blood of the ordinary people that would spill.

These elites are doing the very same thing. Except on a far grander scale. Their families blood will not suffer loss. No. Oh, no...

I'm cynical too, AED! The USA Citizens have allowed themselves to be hoodwinked by the same Global Marxists that have infested The Catholic Church ... but!! ... it also Irks me that some of my friends here, Canada, Europe and elsewhere, seem to have a double standard and inbred dislike in regards to the USA. Most of these places, thanks to the Blood, Treasure and Nuclear Umbrella of the USA, live in peace, freedom and prosperity ........ and the citizens of these nations have, mostly, gone down their Merry Road to Socialist Perdition. I guess it's the USA's fault for all their problems. Guess we should have just demolished The Japs and to Hell with the rest?

jazokay, That was an article that I posted not CrewDog.

Maybe you should be more specific in your statements because I am not certain what you are objecting to but I will attempt to reply anyway.

I think that the Brits or anyone else for that matter can and should oppose Russia and stand in Russia's way if Russia may have broken the law. I am not saying that Russia has but the Brits or any other country has the right to tell Russia that their diplomats are no longer welcome at this time on the suspicion that the Russians may have been involved in a crime, an attempted murder(s) in this case.

None of us know what the truth is behind these stories that we see on the news even if we are shown how something was faked at one time that does not mean that it was always faked. In this case of the Skripals' poisoning, the reason which Russia initially gave to prove their innocence was a bit ridiculous.

You have stated that, "The Brits are a chihuahua pup barking at a ferocious killer Lion.", well if that pup is looking for the truth and attempting to protect their citizens than so what if it is "barking at a ferocious killer Lion".

  14. Raymond Arroyo was on "The Ingraham Angle" last night about this Exorcism film. There was also a clip from when Raymond interviewed the director of this current film that was permitted access to the actual exorcism by the Exorcist, Fr. Amorth, himself. Here is an article about all of this:

Real story behind The Devil and Father Amorth documentary as Exorcist director films real exorcism - and the footage "amazes" scientists

William Friedkin has filmed an actual exorcism and shown scientists to see what they think for the new documentary that's out this week

Watch this video on The Scene.
Forty five years after he filmed The Exorcist the director behind one of the most terrifying movies has shot a rea

When William Friedkin shot The Exorcist in 1973 he had never actually seen an exorcism, though even at the time he believed in the power of the rite which is designed to evict demons or other evil spirits from a 'possessed' person.
Now four decades on he's been given the rare chance to film an actual exorcism carried out by Father Gabriele Amorth, who regularly performs them.

The director of The Exorcist was invited to watch the Italian priest at work.

The result is the documentary The Devil and Father Amorth, which was shown at the Venice Film Festival and is out April 20.

It shows Father Amorth and a woman in battle after an introduction explains 500,000 people a year are exorcised in Italy.

Father Amorth sprinkles Holy Water and begins reciting verses, in Italian and in Latin. Suddenly, the woman begins to shake and roar.

The 'demon' shouts "I am Satan" and invites the priest to leave. He continues his prayer, determined.

"How many demons are inside you?" he asks. "89!" she replies. The struggle continues until Amorth wins, and she smiles in relief.

    Father Gabriele Amorth (Image: AFP)
This is just a summary of what happened, a quick look, but Friedkin showed his footage to scientists to see what they made of it.

The two neurosurgeons were quick to give their views, with one saying it's "amazing" and reminds her of Delirium. The girl's voice also strikes a chord, as one says "it seems to come from somewhere else."

"It's like an animal in a cage," says the other.

Speaking at the festival Friedkin said it was the same for him.

"I have seen things that have astonished me, the voodoo in Jamaica, certain ceremonies in South America," he said.

"I never thought there would be anything authentic in the exorcism until I saw it. "

He added more to his account speaking to Vanity Fair , where he spoke about the "terrifying experience" involving violent thrashing, foaming at the mouth and screaming.

The Pope's chief exorcist 'who banished 70,000 demons' and said Vatican was possessed by devil dies aged 91
Father Amorth, who has died since the documentary was filmed, gave Friedkin access on the agreement he came alone.

The priest was a fan of the film so agreed to show Friedkin what an exorcism entailed.

"He felt that it helped people to understand his work," Friedkin said.

"There is no research into exorcisms, the only research is his books.

"In the United States in the 20th century, there were two reported cases of possession, as far as Mr Blatty [who wrote the The Exorcist] and I could tell.

"There were only two cases that had any substantial writing about them in the United States.

"The church doesn't say a lot about this. They don't try to publicise it at all.

"They are not promoting it. I doubt that they will even have a position about my latest film.

"They never comment about these things. I doubt that they would have given me permission to do what I did.

"He gave me permission. He operated quite independently from church procedure and was openly critical of the Vatican.

Friedkin felt he came at a time Father Amorth wanted people to be aware of his work because he "wanted the Vatican to train more exorcists."

Friedkin explained what he saw adding: "It was terrifying. I went from being afraid of what could happen to feeling a great deal of empathy with this woman's pain and suffering, which is obvious in the film."

It was the woman's ninth exorcism, she had been having one a month.

    What did the scientists say
The director took his footage to scientists to see what they had to say.

"I later consulted with neurologists, brain surgeons, some of the best in the United States," he said.

"The brain surgeons had no idea what her affliction was and none of them would recommend an operation. They believe that everything originates in the brain but – and they say this in the film – they have never seen anything quite like these symptoms.

"Then the psychiatrists... all described how psychiatry now recognises demonic possession. "It's called dissociative identity disorder/demonicpossession."And if a patient comes in and says they are possessed by a demon or a devil, they don't tell them that they are not.

"They do whatever psychiatric treatment they think is necessary, including medication. And they bring an exorcist in."

  15. Trump just offered Putin the peace pipe to share but Putin said no....Trump offered what the U.S. has to offer economically and via talks as he's demonstrated as continuing with other world powers with control and which they appear to at least be delaying the immediate threats from suh. Russia remains tied to its own choice of alliances with such as Iran, the terrorist backing sponsors against Israel/U.S., and of course Syria, the gas attackers of its own for some time with a history of such. But then Putin himself is busy with his own kind of direct poisoning among other ways of eradicating his own dissenters wherever they've fled. The KGB way. Not a dog who presently wishes to learn new tricks....and with a need to appear macho to his own public as the economy back home isn't doing too well. So the Trump administration is trying, even giving warnings for evacuations before just pinpoint kinds of wake up calls are initiated. But then Obama/Hillary regime promoted only a show with Russia with their little plastic "re-set" button, itself an embarrassing event.....suppose that appears to some as a more "sincere" attempt at a "good relationship" with Russia's continuing regime! Soooo naive these days.

    Carol, thankyou for your response..

If a chihuahua annoys a ferocious lion; the lion will eat the chihuahua.
Weather the little dog seeks the truth matters little to the lion.
Logic tells us that if he overly provokes the lion. He will be cat food.
Simple as that. I do not know what is difficult to understand about this.

The implication however I will endeavour to explain; the Brits cannot stand in the way of Russia. They are not an international player; they have no army to speak of. They mistakenly believe they are some sort of superpower; a hangover from their imperial days no doubt. They are nothing, nothing of the sort. They are a bit part player on the world stage. If I'm right, the economy of many SINGLE American states by far dwarfs that of Britain. They are not an international player, and they had probably best realise this fact before picking fights with far bigger entities. It's common sense, really.
Sanctions? If they try sanctions... Come on, the Russians laugh at these.....the Russians are not the backwater of the 1980s any longer. And sanctions from the British lol, I mean, really!!!!

If the Brits however are playing some sort of foolish high-stakes war game with American backing; then it is American boys and girls who will die in defending them. Is this what Americans want? More unnecessary wars in far off places? I don't think so..... maybe your elite-operated government does, but I would guess that many ordinary Americans have got to have had enough of this.

You're right, none of us actually know the truth behind the accusations against Russia. That's because the Brits have given no evidence. What is the evidence? Do you know? Does anyone know?

Expelling diplomats without offering any evidence?!

Last I knew no one could be incriminated until a case against them was proven. What is the proof Carol? If you have it, then I stand corrected. And further, I would advise that you to pass it onto the UN, to the Brits, or to Mr Trump - but give it directly to the Russians yourself, because I wouldn't trust the aforementioned to let them know...

Oh, just one other thing Carol.. "the reason Russia initially gave to prove their innocence was a bit ridiculous".
I'm not sure I agree with this statement. Why do you say this? I watched the press conference given by the senior Russian diplomat to Britain; he took all the questions the press threw at him, and he answered every single one thoroughly and painstakingly with great care. Sky news cut their coverage of the press conference short (surprise, surprise) because the reporters were not catching him out. To the abhorrence of the sky news reporter he even quoted the bible. I thought that a touch of class...

Carol, aside from this particular issue, you know our leaders - the leaders of the West, are steeped in free-masonry, in anti-Christian ideals, in the murder of babies in the womb and in the promotion of Gay marriage as well as the destruction of Gods vision of the family. Why, therefore, do you blindly trust them on this particular issue? They have led us into wars - unjust wars at that; they cheat and lie to us on an unprecedented scale and they have monopolised the press. You are an obvious intelligent person, so why do you follow them on this matter, yet (perhaps) accept that they are in opposition to us as Christians on those other issues?
    I don't understand.

  18. The Brits have no army? Um, they belong to an alliance which must come to defend all others when attacked....esp. this applies when attacked by a mutual enemy who is targeting, by such means, that entire alliance. And THAT'S a huge defense!

The "chihuahuas" in such cases of Russian/KGB type history of causing the demise of dissenters are those who unexpectedly become the victims of such a "lion's" means of personal/individual destruction.

Meanwhile such a "lion" of current situation here itself has no means of ongoing massive attacks as its economy is in dire need....unless the unquenched vengeance of their leader's remembrance of historical shame leads same to repeat what brought on their own previous failed history. So their history is one of such individual attacks. This is the kind of clue international terrorist intelligence agencies use for basis of future attacks....along with, as in this recent case with Russia.....already established and ongoing threats. Evidence of threats as well as past behavior on hand is what determines the verdict and what protection must be used to answer. Expulsion is nothing in comparison to such dastardly means of human destruction used. Seems your priorities when it comes to life ought to be re-examined.

And in the current case Putin had already vowed to kill the victim. Even when no one (esp. the host country of such horrendous attack) had even pricked this "lion's" paw.

Hi Crew, I apologise for imparting this view. I adore America, this probably doesn't come across in my posts, but I very, very much do. Your country has been given a cherished and lofty place in world leadership and sterpwardship. And it has indeed saved the world on many occasions. On a personal level, I have visited many times. It is a wonderful place.

I believe something has happened to America - in the same way that it has happened to my own country, Ireland (and to many other countries); we have been ravaged by unjust and diabolical leaders/elites who have taken our countries in the wrong direction and who attack our catholic/Christian heart.

I do not consider myself Irish anymore. A sweeping statement, but such is my distaste for the direction my country has taken. I believe we, irelands Catholics, need to take our country back in the right direction. We have been overcome. There's an abortion referendum coming next month; God help us if they win. They have already just last year gotten gay marriage in. My country is in trouble. I am not pointing to the splinter in your country's eye, while neglecting the plank in my own.

We are all under attack, my friend.

    Apologies.

You are right Crew Dog. Because of Pax Americana Europe and Asia have lived in peace—minus Vietnam Nam for that terrible time.( my brother in law was a pilot—did two tours and survived. To this day he never talks of it. Helicopter pilots like so many others were at great risk) the lack of gratitude from many effete sophisticated Europeans and leftists here in US challenges my Christian obligation to forgive. I do forgive them. They know not what they do. But if we are able to take our country back and I pray and hope we can I am looking toward some nonintervention. We need all our resources right here.
