Wanted to leave cos negative vibes re PF and RCC. Please note that i m not a supporter of PF PF's methods leaves a lot to be desired as i was sickened of it- Didn't want to have anything to do with him or RCC. Realised that Catholic church is not to be trusted at all whatsoever cos it's corrupted, except God.It's a man made organisation with man made rules- conclave which can't be of the HS etc etc. Hence i do not wish to contribute in this forum.
DF, the Church is not corrupted it is wounded, much like the apostles were throughout Christ's passion. I imagine today, Holy Saturday, was a very somber day for his apostles and disciples, especially for Peter, his first pope, who had just denied the Lord. In their grief they had time to reflect on the three years that they spent with the Lord. The Church was in hiding. Christ's teachings were put in limbo, as they went through the "night of their dark soul", not knowing what to believe. This is where the Church is at today. Do not abandon it in its darkest hour. Do not give up on Pope Francis, as I believe he will recover from his "Peter" moment and see where his thinking has led the Church in its confusion. Easter came for the Church and its new beginning. The Church that is dismantled today will rise again too, but it will be in God's time, just like the resurrection of Jesus was in his Fathers time. We just need to be patient and pray, pray, pray as our Blessed Mother and I am sure all the apostles did hidden in the upper room. Do not despair, as I am sure most of his followers did. Be like Mary Magdalene and visit his grave (or our wounded empty Church) and find that Jesus is not dead and neither is his Church he founded on Pentecost Sunday. I will pray with you and for you as the Blessed Mother did with the apostles in their dark night. We have God's promise, "the gates of hell will never prevail" against his Church.
Good call Quis. He wanted to leave because of negative vibes regarding PF and the RCC. Yet in his own word wanted nothing to do with PF or the RCC. This is trolling at its worst.My money is on Bayside supporter.

Don, MDM is Maria Divine Mercy, who was discovered to be QUITE false a couple of years ago. I won't even call her a seer. ERROR Sede stands for sedevacantist, someone who believes that the Throne of Peter is vacant, and has been for some time, usually. Some folks believe erroneously that we haven't had a valid Pope for decades. ANOTHER ERROR Bayside comes from false apparitions to Veronica Lueken in Bayside, Queens, NY which started around early to mid 1970's and have lasted way past her death. They were condemned by the Catholic Church, through Bishop Mugavero (sp) who was the Bishop of the diocese at the time. It turned into a decades-long cult, and is still going on. It is truly FALSE, been condemned, and has a controlling, cult-like group hierarchy which attracts people and won't let them go under threats that they will go to Hell if they leave. ERROR Been there, done that, hated it.
I will pray for him also. I have had several of my Baptist, non-denom friends ask me from time to time about all the "mess" they keep hearing from PF and the CC. I first tell them to not trust anything from the media as the media LIES all the time. And I always tell them read John 6:68..... "Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life". Jesus started the CC and so why would I leave it? Jesus left the Church to sinners, they were flawed and so are we. What makes us think we would do any better than the Apostles themselves. I have a Catechism and I have 2000 years of teaching from the Church. I am good

Another piece of evil hogwash was that "they" (the Bayside workers) said, it was not the time to get married. I was young and single and it just didn't seem Catholic to me to say something like that. Marriage is a sacramental vocation. When you are a young Catholic, you should be praying to God for His help in finding your vocation. But I was involved from early on....Veronica's son Raymond died a mysterious death by a gunshot and a group of friends and I went to Queens, NY to the funeral home, in 1974. He was 17. Very sad, but also very mysterious. The whole experience was slowly seeping into my entire life. If anyone is involved with Bayside, please get out. I have been Bayside free for about 30 years now. Whew. That was a close call.

I know nothing about that, Adoremus But I do know that many many Catholics went there and many many Catholics were affected by it Lots of very respectable people were promoters because there were some truths mixed in with the false messages And many rosaries were said So nothing would surprise me
