Prayers going up. It is so peaceful and beautiful here at the moment. It is hard to believe that all over the world people are killing each other. Prayers for peace as I walk along the river . Does anyone know it the Pope has said anything about all this?

I must say I am enormously dissapointed in Trump for doing this. I don't think for a second that Assad was behind the attack, his and the Russian governments are way more credible sources of information right now than any Western one.

 

There already is a global conflict.....esp. in once stable countries (but who willingly gave up their Christian histories)....where the legal citizens are scared to freely associate or carry on what had previously been normal daily lives lived in the open. And such nations with seemingly suicidal "leaders" are forcing their own citizens to sit back and just accept pre-civilization type changes to their cultures, coming complete with bombs, truck/car run overs, rapes, slit throats, et al....against all ages and vulnerabilities. And who are the targets for such leaders' tyrannical control and punishment? Why, the once functioning and happy citizens. Take it or else! Those victims look around and see no one to help them with now current renewals of the unbelievable mandates....take even more of the same. It has been "prophesied" that this ongoing war is "gradual", and already begun, but would eventually escalate once there is someone who would act for the victims, saying "enough is enough". Those nations with the most "open heart" attitude and unhinged "generosity" are met with complete takeover by the "new" respected brutal culture of the "moment". Actually I'm surprised, but have probably just missed some, that there haven't been more articles mentioning the comparison of these chemically attacked Syrian babies with their effective accompanying photos and the millions, for decades now, of the most innocent, also with no place to run or hide who have also been ripped apart and chemically burned or poisoned and see only the limited few attempts to destroy, again, the delivery systems only of that ongoing and legalized horrific human destruction. For the moment I choose to see Pres. Trump as truly undergoing his own transformation of spirit, recognizing at least this so far neglected destruction of the innocents at home....and now, with a probably matching realization of child victims elsewhere (already recognized internationally as war crimes) and being moved to action for a witness to the world, esp. the UN. Where does it go? Where has it already gone with the most passive and then accepted permissiveness of late???? Only to a more wide spread form of infiltration, ready to explode regionally for now and then when even more emboldened by "charity", all at once. Only mitigation now but no longer stoppage? That Consecration truly, as stated, "will be late" in coming.

 

Ooh! A "frigate" against the 6th Fleet. Has to at least posture....and this was probably already agreed upon. Has to keep the home fires burning with some kind of hope. Scary only if there would be a consideration of using nukes (or emps)...otherwise Russia's and Syria's militaries are lacking. Scary is psychopaths like in N. Korea....roped in by Iran to attack the south.

 

All of the intellience communities disagree with this. I have not seen any CREDIBLE source say so... NO Alex Jones and infowars are not even close to credible.

Also in response to others how is it christian not to do what Trump did? We did not strike first. This government gased their own people. When they were not supposed to have chemical devices at all. how can we as christians stand around and let an evil regime gas their own people without standing up for the defenseless.

 

Love you and respect you Padraig, but were we supposed to sit around and watch it continue to happen too? When there are these things going on in the world we should get involved and taking out an airfield, at night when there are less people around, is a suitable response I believe

Syrian planes have been reported to have just taken off from the bombed air base headed to bomb residential areas in Homs. I can't find this on the internet but it was just on Fox Business.

 

I agree, I think Trump has been tricked into this attack, not certain but I feel its true. Hillary Clinton screaming for an attack the day before, screams of lies. I am surprised with Trump for a few things this last week. Assad's enemies had more to gain from this attack than Assad would have.

 

Did they? Like the children in Kuwait we were told about in incubators being slaughtered? The chemical weapons all over the ME we helped disiminate there? How can you be so sure that we are being told the truth? What is the difference between the intelligence then and now that gives it so much more credibility that we should now trust it and commit acts of war against soverign nations? Have we not seen first hand how easily manipulated our intelligence agencies are? What exactly does the Syrian government or Russia stand to gain by carrying out an act such as this? Do you really believe that we are standing for the defenseless with these actions? Who exactly stands to gain.

The long game has always been to overthrow these nations since the fall of the USSR. This is no different, only a continuation of that strategy.

Can you name a nation in the ME which is better off today because of our intervention? I can, Turkey. The same Turkey which has threatened the west with religious war. The same Turkey who systematically slaughtered and crucified millions of Christians in a genocide yet will not take responsibility for its actions and is even protected by our own leaders in the name of military alliance. The same nation which has threatened to unleash a flood of millions of refugees into Europe if it does not have its way. A country which was broken up because of its power and unreasonableness and which is growing and gaining strength every single time we attack and destroy another nation in it's realm of influence.

At least this time its not being blamed on a youtube video.

When the one is trapped in a corner you can either give up or try to expand the conflict. I think Assad is trying to expand the conflict to bring in Iran and Russia.

 

I am kind of fond of the Third Eagle. He reminds me of Bald Eagle in Sesame Street. He seems a sweet guy, but I am afraid I can't take him too seriously.

'..and kick your kids in the sass if they show any signs of signing up with an Intelligence Agency'.

President Trump has courageously, repeatedly, vehemently and publically condemned the Intelligence Agencies as serial liars. I take it, as he is their boss, he should know. Why then does he believe these same, serial liars when they inform him what they say is going on in Syria? Why should we be expected to believe them? Or do they only tell the truth when not talking about the President?

 

Maybe they're setting him up?
