Since it seems that the weather has taken a turn to the worst in places all around the globe, it seems appropriate to start a thread on this. I have often wondered what will start the real tribulation in our respective areas. Will it be global war, global economics, global terrorism or global weather. Or will it be all of the aforementioned simultaneously? Will these help bring about global apostasy as tribulations abound and man turns further away from their creator?

Spirit Daily www.spiritdaily.com has a number of articles present on El Nino and its effects around the globe. 2016 and beyond looks to be an 'interesting' ride and it seems there is no shortage of articles

The abnormal weather has been attributed to an unusually strong El Nino , curiously the capitalized term "El Niño" refers to the Child Jesus, so named because the pool of warm water in the Pacific near South America is often at its warmest around Christmas.

Many people have written on the subject of Planet X, predicting these very weather patterns as it approaches. Malachi Martin told us, "keep your eyes on the skies". The Vatican is looking for something in Arizona, that's for sure. Pick up your Rosary and let us mitigate what we can!

Long-standing weather records have been smashed by a stormy, yet warm December, the Met Office's early figures suggest.

Scotland, Wales and the north-west of England all had the wettest December in more than a century.

A UK mean temperature of 8C (46F) broke records too and would have felt more like a day in April or May.

The Met Office said storms Desmond, Eva and, most recently, Frank were behind the record rainfall, while a humid south-westerly airflow kept it warm.

Storm Frank: Flood warnings remain in wake of storm

Scotland recorded the most rain in December (333mm or 13 inches), making it wetter than any calendar month since 1910 and far wetter than the average of 204mm (8 inches).

Wales has only seen more rain fall in a single month once than it did in December 2015 - in November 1929.

Central and southern England escaped the worst of it, with rainfall figures much closer to average.

Image caption Successive storms in December resulted in record-breaking rainfall totals over the Lake District and double the average rainfall across Scotland Wales and the north of England

In between the storms, there were warm, sunny days across the UK.

England saw mean temperatures top 10C (50F), compared with an average 0.5C (33F) for December.

The Met Office said that, until last week, the year might have looked unremarkable with a cool spring and a cool, damp summer offset by a mild end to the year.

However, this week's rainfall will make 2015 one of the top 10 wettest years since 1910, when the Met Office's digitised records begin. The wettest was 2000, when 1,337mm (53 ins) of rain fell.

Storm Desmond, in early December, brought record-breaking rainfall to the Lake District.

On Christmas Eve, gales and heavy rain from Storm Eva flooded parts of the north-west of England, Scotland and north Wales.

And in recent days, Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England have borne the brunt of Storm Frank.

I have this vague memory of reading of a prophesy that Ireland, because of her contribution to spreading the Faith over the centuries, would be spared the worst part of the Minor Chastisement and merely be submerged under water. If this is being spared, the rest of the world had better look out! Of course, isn't it also said that it will not be water, but fire next time? Maybe Ireland is going to be spared the fire, but the water seems to be starting already. Never has such rain fallen in my memory.

If anyone has more information on that watery prophesy...?

Please Pray for all the people along the Mississippi & her tributaries that are being flooded out of their homes and businesses! Likewise for the people of Ireland & England!

Lord, I ask that You help, in a big way, all those in need at MOG and all Humanity that are in dire need due to the “Storms” of Nature and Man. We ask that You dissipate these storms and The Storm that we know is coming. AMEN!!

Thanks, Ian. You're bang on, we seem to be paying the piper. Very astute point about Kenny who knows that even with so many experts and so much technology and gathered empirical data, something as basic as tomorrow's weather can't be known with the slightest certainty, yet he has embarked into the total unknown, in spite of the opinion of every prior known generation of mankind, with his experiment in "marriage".

Interesting video here about the earthquake area this past week

When can we stop with planet X? All the "experts" said it was supposed to be there for all to see in early December, then it was mid December, then it was December 23rd...

    An email from Israel:

'Wherever you may live, you know the weather has gone crazy if not extremely dangerous. Here in Israel, so far this winter, it is more like a mild Spring or Fall. But today we are being told to brace ourselves for extreme weather over the next few days. In October we had flash floods all over Israel even in the Negev Desert and as far south as the Red Sea. I can remember back in the 70’s and 80’s in Israel it never rained for around 8 months every summer. The skies were mostly blue with few, if any, clouds in the sky. These past few summers we have had rain along the coast and occasionally in the center of the country, something that never happened in the past. On top of that last year we saw two tornadoes and another one yesterday.

As strange as that seems to us here in Israel it is very mild compared to what is happening around the world. Flooding today in England and Scotland, South America and across many areas of the US, China and Europe seeing floods that break all past records. Indonesia is experiencing the worst wild fires the world has ever witnessed. The State of California is suffering the worse drought in US history threatening in a big way the food supply of the US. Mexico just experienced a volcanic eruption.

In total the US is suffering the worst weather conditions ever recorded; wildfires, floods and droughts. Some want to blame it on the sea warming or cooling, climate change, some blame in on HAARP. (Search on Google)'

Yes, it was sent to a forum member who passed it on. I remember two or three years ago a Jewish friend who is a photographer there sent me pictures of snow there , which was amazing , it is very, very rare.

Concerned shoppers worried about spending days snowed indoors have hit grocery stores hard leaving empty shelves in their wake, hours before a massive snowstorm is due for the northeastern United States.

A few inches of snow have already piled up in places like Washington DC causing havoc, but forecasters predict Winter Storm Jonas could be a "historic storm" that will bring 50 to 60mph winds and more than two feet of snow.

If the stores out east are emptied because of a snow storm, what will the storm/tribulation coming bring? For those who don't feel you need to prepare some basic food and supplies contingencies, what can I say?
