The Synod has started....

I'm sorry.

But how can it be correct that Cardinals and Archbishops

returning from this synod

flagrantly heretics in the most outgragous amd gregorious ways

are allowed to leave Rome

and continue on?

 

..as though nothing were wrong?

 

evil and good have nothing to discuss

Many of the Cardinals who spoke in the Synod are
not in my opinion, not Catholics.

but from the devil

 

Padraig, perhaps something bigger then anything we can understand will come from the synod. It has to be something big to create a schism that prophets from past centuries have highlighted. The truth will win out in the end, but it looks to be coming with a slam dunk when it does come. I could see Pope Francis and Pope Emeritus Benedict together coming up with the document/encyclical from the synod. Christ's church will not be mocked. Something is coming. We just have to keep straight our faith and not loose hope. Something big is coming.

I have waited patiently to the end of it and I am just appalled with the whole buisnesss ..from begining to the end...so there

 

just awefull the whole lot of it

 

1)First and foremost the Synod is only an advisory body to Pope Francis, nothing is binding on anyone. Recommendations to the Pope only, and who asked the Synod be honest and open. ( so everyone was)

2) two thirds approved and one third didnt ( for whatever reason) We can look at the one third as heretics and the two thirds as teaching the faith. This is a two sided coin! we who hold Traditional Catholicism had to bear with crazy talk from some of the 1/3. The flip side, the 1/3 got to hear the 2/3rds of the Synod defend Traditional Catholicism... maybe for the first time in a while. (seeds planted)

3)Were told Papa Francis took notes everyday of the Synod. He did the same at the World Meeting of Families in Philly weeks ago. Papa Listened to the concerns of each Family and later a thread between all Families who spoke was givin.

4) Papa Francis GENIOUS was talking to the US Congress. He reminded them all they are like the image of Moses hanging in Congress who govern peoples.
Later he spoke of four American souls in History. Abe Lincoln, Dr Martin Luther King, Thomas Mertin and Doris Day....and the thread between all four. Rep Elijah Cummings was shown weeping at the end of Pope Francis address, ( Rep Cummings walked with Martin Luther King over the bridge in Selma, Al during the civil rights protests in the 60's ) I watched an interview with Rep Cummings days after Papa Francis spoke to Congress. He said, I didn't understand what the Pope was saying and what these people had to do with one another. But in the end he (the pope) linked all four and gave the MOST profound speech I ever heard in my lifetime.

Last thought... This Synod showed the Eastern Churches that every Bishop can speak his mind. Some in the Eastern Church think Unity would silence there voice, (they teach the pope is one among equals )this Synod process I say showed you can speak your mind... Just my observations this past year.

Lets cut are Holy Father some slack folks

Padraig, are you going to focus on the third or the two thirds? Our Lord spoke this would happen...you know the Truth

The first thing that came to my mind reading your post Padraig was;

I wonder if Holy Father knows the 'Warning' or 'Illumination' is coming so very soon that all he needs to do is unveil the truth; which I think he has done very well, as regards unveiling which Bishops and Cardinals are faithful to the Truth handed down from the Apostles.

As well as making it plain by the Synod process that disorientation in sexual matters is a very serious sin indeed, and bringing this to the attention of everyone, without pointing a finger at anyone. If the cap fits, wear it.

The second very encouraging thing I noticed very clearly was; each time we read Holy Fathers words, not media or reporters or Catholics with opinions; the Pope is stating again and again these powerful words, 'Bishops united to the Holy Father.' If the cap fits, wear it.

This might not seem a big deal to other Catholics; But to someone who can remember the Canadian Bishop revolt so many years ago after the Second Vatican Council, it is a clear instruction. UNITY within the Magisterium of the Church with Holy Father. If the (UNITY) cap don't fit, there is the Lord to answer to.

And this year of Mercy is our last chance before we have to face The Just Judge.

 

Im going to wait until Papa Francis gives his own conclusion. To me it will come during the Mercy year. Im usually wrong, but, just my thoughts...To whom shall we go Lord, you have the words of Eternal Life, saith St Peter
